Fertility control may include administering to the subject one or more doses of the compound according to Formula (I) to reduce fertility in the subject. Fertility control also impairs Sertoli cell function in male targets; Inhibit spermatogenesis in the subject; Reduce testicular weight at the target; Reducing ovarian weight in female subjects; Reducing serum progesterone in female subjects; Impaired ovarian follicle function in female subjects; Administering an effective amount of the compound to cause reversible infertility in the subject. In order to regain fertility, the method may comprise discontinuing administration of the compound to the subject to regain fertility in the subject. The compound can be administered to irreversibly infertile the subject. |
