The present invention relates to a novel pseudoalteromonas genus microorganism and the agarase secreted by it. The agarase produced by the microorganism of the present invention not only has very excellent salt stability, but also directly decomposes woodworms without pretreatment, thereby providing a saccharification technique that utilizes woodworms directly as a substrate. |
