abstract The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing plum pepper oyster fertilizer, and more particularly, to isolate and ripen the plum flesh of pickled plums, add red pepper paste, prepare plum wine pepper, trim the oyster and add ethanol aqueous solution and then boil it. The present invention relates to a method for producing plum pepper oyster ratio by mixing and packaging with the plum pepper paste and ripening at low temperature. Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to produce red pepper paste oyster ratio in which occurrence of off-flavor and abnormal fermentation are suppressed without the need to add a separate preservative.
