abstract |
Disclosed are a three-dimensional roll mold polishing apparatus and method using a magnetorheological fluid. The three-dimensional roll mold polishing apparatus using a magnetorheological fluid according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base and a stage on which the workpiece is rotatably mounted, and is mounted on the base adjacent to a workpiece mounted on the stage. The gist of the configuration includes a polishing apparatus including an electromagnet which generates a magnetic field by an externally provided power source, and a working fluid supply means for providing a working fluid including a magnetorheological fluid between the polishing apparatus and the object to be processed. |
