abstract | The present invention relates to a negative electrode material for a non-aqueous lithium secondary battery using a lithium vanadium metal oxide substituted with a dissimilar metal, and a method of manufacturing the same, having a high discharge capacity, excellent cycle characteristics and charge and discharge efficiency, and particularly a discharge potential for lithium. It is to provide a negative electrode material for a non-aqueous lithium secondary battery having a low discharge potential of the battery when used for the negative electrode and a high energy density of the battery, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, it is formed by synthesizing a lithium raw material, a vanadium raw material and a dissimilar metal raw material (M), and Li a V b M c O 2 (0.5≤a≤1.5, 0.9≤b≤1.1, 0.02≤c≤0.09) It provides a negative electrode material for a non-aqueous lithium secondary battery which is a lithium vanadium metal oxide represented by.
