abstract The present invention provides a method for preparing a composite nanofiber in which a metal precursor and a polymer are mixed by electrospinning a metal precursor solution (S1), a metal precursor solution including a polymer and a solvent compatible with the metal precursor; (S2) heat-treating the composite nanofibers to produce metal nanofibers; And (S3) a solution containing a precursor of an element having a higher standard reduction potential than the metal of the metal nanofibers [a) a solution in which a group 16 element precursor is dissolved; Or b) a solution in which the Group 16 element precursor and the Group 15 element precursor or Group 11 element precursor dissolved with the Group 16 element are dissolved, and subjected to chemical substitution reaction. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily mass-produce thermoelectric nanotubes having an increased thermoelectric performance index and a very large aspect ratio.
