Sandwich Immunoassay Biochips and Immunoassay Using the Same |
abstract |
The present invention provides a sandwich immunoassay biochip and an immunoassay using the same, specifically, a first protein which binds to an Fc region of an antibody bound to a solid-supported functional group whose surface is modified with a functional group; A second protein that binds to the Fc region of the antibody bound to the functional group of the polystyrene beads whose surface is modified with the capture antibody and the functional group bound to the first protein; It provides a biochip comprising a detection antibody bound to the second protein and an immunoassay using the same. According to the present invention, there is an advantage in that pathogenic bacteria can be detected accurately and quickly even in the presence of trace amounts of pathogenic microorganisms. |
