titleOfInvention | Method for preparing statin compound and intermediate compound used therein |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for preparing a statin compound and an intermediate compound used therein, comprising: reacting a starting material and a sulfonyl compound to prepare a first intermediate compound, and reacting the first intermediate compound with a phosphine compound to form a second compound. Preparing an intermediate compound, and reacting the second intermediate compound with a carbonyl compound in the presence of a base. According to the method for preparing a statin compound, there is no danger of generating HBr gas, which is a harmful gas, and exothermic heat, and thus it is excellent in work stability, easy to remove reaction by-products, and easy to work because there is no phenomenon in which the compound is coated on the reaction wall. In addition, the risk of the reagents used is low and the separation of stereoisomers is not necessary, which facilitates commercial production. |
