titleOfInvention Yeast products of low-nucleic acid, methods for their preparation and weight loss products containing them
abstract The present invention relates to low-nucleic acid yeast products and methods of making the same. Low-nucleic acid yeast products contain 45-55% protein, 0.05-1.0% nucleic acid, 100-5000 ppm calcium, 30-1000 ppm iron and 30-1000 ppm zinc. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the same, which method prepares a 5-10 wt% yeast solution with water, adjusts the pH value of the solution to 6.0-10.0, and the yeast solution is at a temperature of 60-100 ° C. Heat storage for 1-6 hours, and pH value adjusted to 5.0-7.0, wherein the yeast solution is separated, washed and dried to obtain yeast production of low-nucleic acid. The method of the present invention simply but effectively reduces the content of nucleic acids and consequently preserves nutrition while reducing the risk of gout attacks originating from the ingestion of yeast or its related products. The invention also relates to a weight loss product comprising the low-nucleic acid yeast, which product is low in calories, rich in nutrition, capable of promoting lipolysis, and is safe and effective.
