titleOfInvention | Improved Non-glycoside Isoflavone Preparation Method Using Adsorption Resin Column |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for effectively producing non-glycoside isoflavones from glycoside isoflavones, and more particularly, adsorbing glycoside isoflavones to a column filled with an adsorbent resin, wherein the glycoside isoflavones are adsorbed on a column. Non-glycoside iso comprising circulating a betaglucosidase enzyme solution in a multi-circulation method of upflow and bubble injection to convert the adsorbed glycoside isoflavones into nonglycoside isoflavones and recovering the converted nonglycoside isoflavones. It relates to a flavone production method. Compared to the conventional method, the method of the present invention can produce a non-glycoside isoflavone more economically by rapidly converting a large amount of the glycoside isoflavone into a nonglycoside isoflavone at a time with a high recovery rate and a conversion rate. |
