titleOfInvention | A radiation sensitive marker comprising an APRIN gene or an expression protein thereof or a protein regulated by the reduction of the gene expression |
abstract | The present invention relates to a radiation-sensitive marker comprising the APRIN gene or its expression protein, or a protein regulated by the reduction of gene expression, and to a medical use thereof, wherein the radiation sensitivity of the cell is increased when the expression amount of the APRIN gene is decreased. As a result, more cells are killed, and the expression of Chk2 and p-ATM decreases as the expression of APRIN gene decreases as a cause of the increase of cell death, thereby reducing the expression of the APRIN gene or its expression protein and APRIN gene. By using Chk2 and p-ATM, which are proteins whose expression is reduced, as markers for evaluating radiation sensitivity, a composition for enhancing radiation sensitivity can be developed using these inhibitors. Furthermore, by combining radiation therapy with reduced expression of APRIN, Chk2 or p-ATM, cancer cells can be suppressed by increasing the sensitivity of cancer cells to radiation, thereby improving radiotherapy effects in various cancer diseases such as lung cancer or osteosarcoma. Can be promoted. |
