abstract The present invention has a core and a shell surrounding the core, having a very high signal amplification effect and high reproducibility by plasmon coupling by nanogap, which can be useful for Raman analysis. It includes, and provides a nanoparticle and a method for producing a nanogap formed between the core and the shell. The present invention also provides a method for detecting an analyte using the nanoparticles and a kit for detecting an analyte including the nanoparticles.
