abstract |
The present invention provides a liquid crystal polyester composition suitable as a material for forming a liquid crystal polyester film having excellent thermal conductivity. Moreover, it is providing the excellent electronic circuit board by using the insulating film obtained from the said liquid crystal polyester composition. The liquid crystalline polyester composition of this invention consists of a liquid crystalline polyester, a solvent, and a heat conductive filler. The thermally conductive filler comprises 50 to 90% by volume relative to the sum of the liquid crystal polyester and the thermally conductive filler, among which the first thermally conductive filler having a volume average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or more and less than 1.0 μm and a volume average particle diameter of 1.0 μm or more 5-40 volume% of 2nd heat conductive fillers of less than 5.0 micrometers, and the 3rd thermal conductive fillers of 5.0 micrometers-30.0 micrometers of volume average particle diameters are contained in the ratio of 40-90 volume%. |
