(Problem) Provided is a conductive polymer composition comprising a dopant and a π conjugated polymer (β) that is uniformly soluble in a solvent and capable of forming a smooth film. (Solution means) The conductive polymer composition of the present invention comprises a polymer compound (A) and a π-conjugated polymer (β), and the polymer compound (A) has a monomer (a-1) having a sulfonic acid group or a sulfonate group. It is a high molecular compound obtained by superposing | polymerizing 10-50 mol%, 10-90 mol% of the monomer (a-2) which has a chelating ability, and 0-70 mol% of other monomers (a-3), The π conjugated polymer (β) is a π conjugated polymer obtained by polymerizing at least one monomer selected from monomers represented by the following formulas (I) to (III). |
