The present invention relates to an apparatus for amplifying a target nucleic acid using a particle bound to a primer contained in a gel, and detecting the amplified target nucleic acid. The device of the present invention enables multiplex detection of target nucleic acids in real time, avoids competition reactions between target nucleic acids, does not require precise fluid control like conventional microchips, and also has problems with channel adhesion of nucleic acids. Since it does not occur, the target nucleic acid can be detected effectively. |
