abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for inducing differentiation from stem cells to tissue cells, and to provide a bio-artificial organ comprising the obtained tissue cells. Furthermore, it is a subject to provide the medical material containing the manufactured bio artificial organ. [Solution] By culturing by the hanging drop method using stem cells having proliferative capacity, self-replicating ability and differentiating ability, cell masses of embryonic analogs are constructed three-dimensionally, and the cell masses are HGF, GDNF, b-FGF and BMP7. And by culturing in the presence of EGF, it is possible to differentiate into tissue cells. In addition, it is possible to produce a bio-artificial organ using the cells differentiated into tissue cells, and further provide a medical material.
