titleOfInvention | A transforming method of nucleotide sequences of genes to digital information and melody produced by using the information |
abstract | PURPOSE: A method for switching the base sequence of a gene and a pentatonic sound source created using the same are provided to easily find the error of DNA through music or wavelength. CONSTITUTION: A triplet code is converted or expressed into digital information or a pentatonic sound source which is an intrinsic traditional sound source. The error of DNA(Deoxyribonucleic acid) is identified by playing the pentatonic sound source created in the triplet code and comparing the pentatonic sound source with a pentatonic sound source of normal DNA. The pentatonic sound source is helpful for development of industry including genetic disease treatment or new drug development. |
