Provided are a transparent laminate having excellent transparency and excellent flame retardancy and a method for producing the same. Polyol component (A1) which has 2-3 hydroxyl groups per molecule, hydroxyl value is 35-150 mgKOH / g, contains the polyol (a1) which has a phosphorus atom in a molecule, and has a phosphorus content of 1-7 mass%; Curable containing the unsaturated urethane oligomer (A) which has an average of 2-4 sclerosis | hardenable functional groups per molecule as reaction product of a polyisocyanate compound (A2) and the unsaturated hydroxy compound (A3) which has the following curable functional group and a hydroxyl group. The resin composition 14 is sandwiched between a pair of transparent substrates 10 and 16 and cured to obtain a transparent laminate. The curable functional group (X): CH 2 = C (R) C (O) group represented by O- (where, R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group). |
