titleOfInvention High efficiency retardant and thereof producing method
abstract PURPOSE: A flame retardant is provided to be liquid state having non-toxic property, colorless property, no smell, transparency, thereby providing flame retardance to object without smell or discoloration. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a flame retardant comprises: a step of mixing 14-16 wt% of urea, 18-22 wt% of phosphoric acid, 24-33 wt% of ammonium chloride, 30-40 wt% of sodium tetraborate decahydrate, and 3-7 wt% of methylamine; a step of heating the mixture at 120-150 °C for 1-2 hours; a step of obtaining flame retardant crystals by cooling mixtures from room temperature; and a step of manufacturing aqueous solution by mixing the flame retardant crystals with boiling water.
