titleOfInvention | S-adenosylmethionine synthase overexpression vector and method for enhancing the amount of methylated flavonoid synthesis using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to an S-adenosylmethionine synthase overexpression vector and a method for enhancing the amount of methylated flavonoid synthesis using the same. More specifically, the present invention overexpresses SAM synthase (SAM synthase) involved in the biosynthesis of methyl transferase and methyl donor S -adenosylmethionine (SAM) to increase the productivity of methylated flavonoids in Escherichia coli. It relates to a method of increasing the amount of methylated flavonoids synthesized than when only the enzyme itself is expressed and the expression vector used therein. |
