abstract The present invention relates to apoptosis modulators and screening methods thereof that regulate the interaction of Chk1 protein and XIAP protein. Apoptosis modulators that regulate the interaction of the Chk1 and XIAP proteins regulate the interaction of the Chk1 and XIAP proteins so that they have similar interactions with normal cells, thereby leading to a wide range of cellular responses, such as gene expression control or signaling inhibition. You can avoid the effects and provide anticancer drugs with fewer side effects. In addition, there is little side effect that can control the interaction of Chk1 protein and XIAP protein, and can provide a method for screening a highly specific anti-cancer candidate.
