abstract PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a gel nail pack is provided to continuously supply moisture and to keep nail healthy. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hydrogel nail pack comprises: a step of mixing 2-10 wt% of D-biotin, 2-10 wt% of D-biotin USP 32, 5-15 wt% of locust bean gum, 5-15 wt% of carageenan, 5-15 wt% of agar guar gum, 2-10 wt% of sodium hyaluronate, 2-10 wt% of collagen, 2-10 wt% of dipropylene glycol, 10-25 wt% of glycerin, 2-10 wt% of PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, and 2-10 wt% of Q10; and a step of heating the ingredients at 40°C-80°C for 3-4 hours and stirring to prepare hydrogel.
