Heat-adhesive composite fiber and nonwoven fabric using same |
abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To provide a heat-adhesive composite fiber excellent in compression resistance and a nonwoven fabric using the same. Specifically, the bulkiness of the nonwoven fabric under light load can be better maintained under heavy load, and the rate at which the bulk property under low load and high load decreases is suppressed. Provided are heat-adhesive composite fibers and a nonwoven fabric using the same. [Solution] The second component containing a polyolefin-based resin having a melting point of 15 ° C. or more lower than the melting point of the polyester-based resin comprises the first component comprising a polyester-based core. A composite fiber having an eccentric core-sheath structure constituting a sheath, and having a heat shrinkage property, wherein the shrinkage after heat treatment at 120 ° C. calculated by a predetermined measuring method is 20% or more. Sex composite fibers; A nonwoven fabric in which the heat-adhesive composite fiber and one or more other types of heat-adhesive fibers are blended, wherein the heat-adhesive composite fiber is contained at a blend ratio of 10 to 60 mass%. |
