The present invention provides methods and kits for predicting infusion reaction risk and antibody mediated loss of response during intravenous treatment of pegylated freecase in gout patients. Conventional SUA monitoring can be used to identify patients receiving pegylated freecases, which may no longer have a therapeutic effect and have a greater risk of infusion reactions. |
