abstract | PURPOSE: A quantitative and qualitative analysis method for an active form of enzyme is provided to ensure quick and accurate analysis and to enable high-throughput screening of drugs. CONSTITUTION: A quantitative and qualitative analysis method for an active form of enzyme comprises: a step of contacting the active type of enzyme in a sample to an active type inhibitor; a step of contacting a probe-labeled detector to a resultant; and a step of measuring signal generated from the probe conjugated to the enzyme or active type. The active type is activated by allosteric control, activation by a regulatory protein, reversible covalent modification, or protein lysis. |
