titleOfInvention | The manufacturing method for solid tea using sparassis crispa |
abstract | PURPOSE: A producing method of solid tea using sparassis crispa is provided to cultivate massive amount of the sparassis crispa on a medium using barley after adding humic acid for producing the tea. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of solid tea using sparassis crispa comprises the following steps: mixing 1,000g of barley, 700-900g of distilled water, and 1-10g of humic acid, and storing the mixture for 1-2 hours at 20-30 deg C; adding for 1,00g of barley, inserting the barley containing 49-52% of water into a cultivating container, and sealing the container; steaming the container in the pressure of 1-1.5kg per cubic centimeter, and at the temperature of 110-125 deg C for 1-2 hours; injecting hyphae of the sparassis crispa to the barley, and culturing the hyphae for 7-10 days at 25-30 deg C; firstly crushing the sparassis crispa after drying; and granulating the crushed sparassis crispa. |
