The present invention relates to a method of enhancing chaperone activity by irradiating peroxiredoxin (Prx) protein, more specifically, two kinds of two active cysteine motifs of peroxyredoxin After irradiation of peroxyredoxin (2-Cys, 3-Cys) of the protein, the structural changes and chaperon activity of the protein were analyzed, and as a result, the radiation was reduced and the beta-sheet structure was increased. By confirming that the characteristic of the increase is observed in the investigated peroxyredoxin, it can be usefully used for the production of recombinant proteins and their preparation which enhance the chaperone activity of peroxyredoxin to provide resistance to various environmental stresses. |
