titleOfInvention Electrode Formation Method
abstract A method of forming an electrode is provided. After introducing a hydroxyl (OH) group on the surface of the polyimide layer, an aminosilane pattern is formed on the polyimide layer. The GNP layer and the EDA layer are repeatedly stacked on the substrate on which the aminosilane pattern is formed by using a shaking-assisted LBL lamination method. The substrate on which the alternating laminate of the GNP layer and the EDA layer is formed is sintered.
