The present invention in Dongaedeung ( Hermetia illucens ) relates to a pullulanase protein derived from an intestinal microorganism, a gene encoding the protein, a recombinant expression vector containing the gene, a host cell transformed with the recombinant vector, and a primer set for amplifying the gene. . The pullulanase gene of the present invention can be expressed in Escherichia coli without a special stress environment or promoter, and also has a characteristic of easy heterologous expression in Gram-negative bacteria other than Escherichia coli. |
