titleOfInvention 3D support using low molecular silk fibroin and agarose gel and method for producing same
abstract The present invention relates to a three-dimensional support using a low molecular silk fibroin and agarose gel and a method for producing the same. The three-dimensional support of the present invention comprises a low molecular weight silk fibroin and an agarose gel, the low molecular weight silk fibroin is characterized in that it contains 0.01 to 0.05% by weight relative to the total weight. In the method for preparing a three-dimensional support of the present invention, agarose is prepared, and then hydrogelized to a liquid state to prepare an agarose gel, and a low molecular weight silk fibroin of 0.01 to 0.05% by weight based on the total weight of the support on the agarose gel. After putting the powder and mixing, it is injected into the mold, and then immediately solidified and comprises a step of lyophilization. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the cost and time by using or reducing the use of bone formation promoters added to induce differentiation into osteoblasts used in the conventional method, thereby reducing the cost and time of artificial bone or It is possible to provide a three-dimensional support that can be used for the development of new materials for the purpose of regenerating human tissue.
