abstract The present invention relates to a polynucleotide for diagnosing bipolar disorder, including SNP, and microarrays and kits using the same. The present invention also relates to a method for diagnosing bipolar disorder using SNP. The diagnostic method using the SNP of the present invention can provide an optimal treatment necessary for the treatment of bipolar disorder by early diagnosis of the onset and the probability of bipolar disorder, and can be used for applications related to bipolar disorder such as gene fingerprint analysis. In addition, analyzing the SNP associated with the bipolar disorder of the present invention can provide basic information about the risk of bipolar disorder.
