Pharmaceutical formulations excellent in light stability comprising pitavastatins and colorants having a maximum absorption wavelength above 500 nm and below 600 nm |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation containing pitavastatin with improved light stability, a colorant having a maximum absorption wavelength of less than 500 nm and less than 600 nm, and an additional light-shielding agent, wherein the pharmaceutical preparation is excellent in light stability and prevents exposure to light. By effectively inhibiting the degradation caused by, it can be utilized as a safe and effective therapeutic agent for hyperlipidemia and hypercholesterolemia. |
