abstract |
The present invention relates to an analytical method capable of simultaneously measuring and comparing the activity of enzymes involved in their metabolism as well as the concentration of each steroid hormone by treating the measured concentration of steroid hormones in the hair in a statistical manner. The present invention can grasp the overall metabolic distribution tendency by effectively extracting and analyzing steroid hormones from a small amount of hair, as well as indicating the ratio between steroids involved in metabolism. Therefore, it can be used as a method for evaluating endocrine diseases and biological changes related to steroid hormone metabolism, and in particular, can be extended to the application of hair loss-related diseases. |
