Establishment of induced pluripotent stem cells using cell permeable reverse differentiation transcription factors for patient-specific stem cell therapy |
abstract |
In the present invention, a macromolecular transduction domain (MTD) is fused to a Reprogramming Transcription Factor (MTD), a cell-permeable transdifferentiated transcription factor recombinant protein, and a polynucleotide encoding the dedifferentiated transcription factor recombinant protein. Nucleotide, the cell permeable reverse differentiation transcription factor relates to an expression vector of the recombinant protein. When the cell-permeable dedifferentiation transcription factor recombinant protein is processed into somatic cells, it induces reprogramming of stem cell-specific genes of somatic cells to have morphology and genetic characteristics similar to embryonic stem cells. It can be usefully used to establish iPS cells. |
