titleOfInvention Method for preparing magnesium salts of urosodeoxycholic acid and kenodeoxycholic acid
abstract The present invention comprises the steps of (a) dissolving urosodeoxycholic acid, kenodeoxycholic acid, and sodium hydroxide in ethanol at room temperature; (b) adding an aqueous magnesium sulfate solution to the solution obtained in step (a) to react; (c) distilling the reaction mixture obtained in step (b) to remove ethanol and stirring at room temperature; And (d) filtering the reaction mixture obtained in step (c) to dry the product obtained, thereby preparing a magnesium salt of urosodeoxycholic acid and kenodeoxycholic acid.
