abstract |
The inorganic particle layer which consists of the layer of the base material which consists of a plastic material which can be plastically deformed, and the inorganic particle which adjoins the layer of the base material, and which is not plastically deformed on the conditions which the said solid material deforms plastically, and has a space defined by the inorganic particle. And an inorganic particle composite in which a part of the solid material is filled in at least a part of the gap in the inorganic particle layer. This inorganic fine particle composite material consists of the layer of the base material which consists of a plastic material which can be plastically deformed, and the inorganic particle which adjoins to the layer of this base material and which is not plastically deformed on the conditions which the said solid material deforms plastically, Preparing an inorganic particle structure having an inorganic particle layer having a gap formed therein; and at least a part of the solid material contained in the inorganic particle structure is plastically deformed, and the solid is plastically deformed in at least a part of the gap in the inorganic particle layer. It is produced by a method comprising a filling process to fill at least a portion of the material. |
