titleOfInvention | Iridium plating solution and plating method thereof |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] An iridium plating solution capable of easily forming an iridium plated film in which crack generation is suppressed as much as possible and a plating method thereof are proposed. Solution to the Invention The present invention relates to a saturated monocarboxylic acid, a saturated monocarboxylic acid, a saturated dicarboxylic acid, a saturated dicarboxylic acid, a saturated hydroxycarboxylic acid, a saturated hydroxycarboxylic acid salt, and an amide to an iridium (III) complex salt in which the anion component is halogen. In the iridium plating solution using the iridium compound obtained by adding and stirring at least one compound selected from the group consisting of urea, at least one of Fe, Co, Ni, and Cu was contained. |
