abstract |
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for treating cartilage disease comprising the use of a compound of formula 1 for inducing differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes and chondrocytes differentiated from mesenchymal stem cells by a compound of formula 1 do. Since the mesenchymal stem cells treated with the compound of Formula 1 are specifically induced to differentiate into cartilage cells, the mesenchymal stem cells can effectively treat cartilage diseases such as arthritis, cartilage damage and cartilage defects. |
