SNP for anticancer target therapy drug sensitivity prediction |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a monobasic polymorphic marker (SNP) for predicting anticancer drug susceptibility, a polynucleotide comprising the same, and a method for predicting susceptibility of an anticancer drug. According to the present invention, a small sample of the patient can be used to predict the individual sensitivity of the anticancer target therapeutic agent in advance, and to allow the selection of the most suitable target therapeutic agent throughout the treatment course of the patient. |
