abstract | In the present invention, a metal surface treatment solution capable of imparting excellent corrosion resistance, processing corrosion resistance and paint adhesion is provided. Metal surface treatment solution according to the present invention is 9 to 13% by weight epoxy-based silane coupling agent, 5 to 9% by weight of amino-based silane coupling agent, 0.5 to 1% by weight vanadium compound, 0.5 to 1% by weight phosphoric acid, 0.5 to 1 organic acid Weight%, Ti-alkoxide 0.1 to 10% by weight, chelating agent 0.1 to 2% by weight, calcium phosphate compounds 0.1 to 5% by weight, colloidal silica 0.2 to 10% by weight, amine compounds 1 to 5% by weight, for surface use 40 to 400 ppm of the additive, 0.1 to 5% by weight of the monophosphate compound, 0.2 to 10% by weight of the diphosphate compound and the remaining amount of solvent. Also provided is a method for producing a chromium-free hot-galvanized steel sheet using the above solution. |
