abstract The present invention relates to non-aqueous dispersions of organic polymer particles in reactive diluents. The non-aqueous dispersion may be obtained by polymerizing at least one monomer in a reactive diluent to form organic polymer particles, wherein the reactive diluent is orthogonal reactivity to the monomer. Depending on the organic polymer particles or reactive diluents used, the non-aqueous dispersions can be used for multifaceted applications with various application profiles. The present invention provides multifaceted advantageous applications, in particular as impact strength modifiers and adhesives, casting resins or paints in films. Particularly preferred applications are the preparation of molded parts or semi-finished polymer products of polymers.
