| abstract |
Fluorescent materials according to this embodiment is generally - a (M 1 x EC x) is represented by a Si b AlO c N d, Sr 2 Si 7 Al 3 ON 13 kind of phosphors. This material is in crystalline form having an average particle diameter of 20 to 100 μm and an aspect ratio in the range of 2 to 4. This material emits light emission with a peak in the 580-660 nm wavelength range when excited with light in the 250-500 nm wavelength range. This embodiment also provides a light emitting device combining this material with a green light emitting fluorescent material and a light emitting element. |
