titleOfInvention Monoclonal antibody that selectively recognizes homocysteine, hybridomas producing the same, test kits comprising the same, and detection methods using the same
abstract The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody that selectively recognizes homocysteine that is a causative agent of vascular diseases, and a method for measuring the concentration of homocysteine in the blood using the same, and specifically, to a monoclonal antibody that selectively recognizes homocysteine. To produce a monoclonal antibody through a hybridoma producing a, and relates to a method for accurately and easily diagnose the concentration of homocysteine in the blood using the same. Since monoclonal antibodies of the present invention selectively recognize homocysteine, simple and accurate measurement of homocysteine levels in blood using such antibodies enables early diagnosis and prevention of vascular disease.
