abstract |
At least two layers of light emitting layers 4 and 8 are provided between the anode 10 and the cathode 2, and an intermediate electrode layer 6 is interposed between the light emitting layers 4 and 8. The electrode layer 6 is a single layer or a laminate composed of a plurality of layers, and at least one layer of the intermediate electrode layer 6 is made of a semiconducting material exhibiting a resistivity of 0.001 to 10,000 Pa ยท cm. The organic electroluminescent element and the display device using the same are high efficiency and long life. |
