abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for promoting proliferation and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells using miRNA regulation and inhibiting aging, and more specifically, proliferation and differentiation of stem cells containing an inhibitor of expression of miR-486 or miR-598 as an active ingredient. It relates to a composition for promoting and inhibiting aging. According to the present invention, by regulating the expression of specific miRNA, the expression of SIRT1, which plays an important role in the aging of human stromal cells (including MSC), can regulate cell growth, differentiation, inhibit cell aging, and in diabetic patients. Angiogenesis of mesenchymal stem cells with reduced function can be increased. Therefore, it can be used in the development of technology to control the proliferation, differentiation and therapeutic effect of mesenchymal stem cells using miRNA to control the expression of SIRT1. |
