The present invention relates to a meat-emulsified sausage comprising a dietary fiber extracted from sake lees and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, by adding dietary fiber extracted from sake lees, which is a by-product produced in the process of manufacturing makgeolli, which is a traditional Takju of Korea. Chicken emulsified sausages and methods of making the sausages that have improved physicochemical and organoleptic quality characteristics of the final product. According to the present invention as described above, sake dietary fiber mixture is effective to meet the desire of modern society to pursue a healthier life by producing a final product by using as a functional material. |
