titleOfInvention | Novel coumarin derivatives and preparation methods thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to novel coumarin derivatives and methods for their preparation. The coumarin derivatives according to the present invention have high solubility in aqueous solution, and aminophenylboronic acid is introduced into the fluorine-containing coumarin matrix, thereby increasing the binding power with glycated hemoglobin in the blood by boronic acid having high binding ability with glycated hemoglobin, and glycation in the blood. The presence or absence of hemoglobin can be confirmed through selective luminescence and can increase the cognitive ability of glycated hemoglobin. Therefore, the coumarin derivative according to the present invention has a selective binding ability to glycated hemoglobin and may exhibit fluorescence changes before and after binding, and thus may be usefully used as a sensor for detecting glycated hemoglobin in blood. |
