abstract The present invention relates to an enzymatic conversion method of ginsenoiside Rb 1 , a major saponin component of ginseng, and to a ginseng product obtained by using β-glucosides isolated and purified from Aspergillus niger KCCM 11239 strain. It is identified and has an excellent effect of bioconverting ginsenoside Rb 1 to produce Rd, F 2 and Rg 3 .
