abstract The present invention relates to a surveillance lymph node marker comprising a radioactive isotope and albumin in which a fluorescent dye in the near infrared region and a pigment in the visible region are combined, a method for preparing the same, a kit for monitoring lymph node multimode imaging comprising the same, and monitoring using the same Lymph node multimode imaging method. Surveillance lymph node markers of the present invention have characteristics that enable long-term retention and multimode imaging of lymph nodes, thereby reducing the likelihood of false-negative judgment and improving the accuracy of surveillance lymph node biopsies, as well as reducing dependency on equipment.
