abstract The present invention relates to a gas injection device for endoscopy and surgery, and more particularly to a gas injection device to control the state of injecting carbon dioxide into the colon to facilitate the inspection and surgery of the colon or colon. In the gas injection system for colonoscopy and surgery including the main unit and the changer, the main unit controls the amount of carbon dioxide gas applied to the changer based on the signal transmitted from the detection sensor, and the changer is connected to the scope by a pressure sensor. The pressure of the gas tube is measured to determine the standby mode, the gas injection mode and the lens cleaning mode to determine whether the carbon dioxide gas supplied from the main device is injected.
